The Inn at Weston offers a romantic, candlelit dining experience year round to house guests and the public alike. The dining room has an attached cozy pub with fireplace, fully stocked bar, and french doors which open onto a spacious deck and orchid-filled gazebo offering magnificent warm weather outdoor dining. The gazebo, mentioned as "the best table in Vermont" in a review by Vermont.com, has a single table for up to six people, and is frequently the site of special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries. Live piano music is offered nightly, and requests from our dining guests are always welcomed!
The menu changes seasonally and is always based upon the availability of the freshest, and where possible, local ingedients. The Inn at Weston is a proud member of the Vermont Fresh Network.
The Inn offers two different menus seasonally. The Fine Dining Menu is offered from mid June through March. Our more casual
Bistro Menu is offered on Wed and Sun from November through March, and nightly from April until mid June.
The dining experience at The Inn at Weston is guided by Executive Chef Cassidy Warren. Cassidy was born and raised in Illinois. He has been working in the culinary industry for the past fifteen years and is a graduate of The New England Culinary Institute. He has traveled throughout our great country and worked in many restaurants, experiencing and absorbing a variety of cuisines and styles of food preparation and presentation. From this he has developed his own unique style of upscale, uncomplicated bistro style food celebrating local and organic ingredients which are his core. His mission at The Inn at Weston is to bring his vision to pass with continuous passion and talent.
