Reservations & Policies

All rates are per room, per night plus 9% Vermont room and meals tax and include a full gourmet breakfast and afternoon seasonal beverages and snacks. Add $50 per night per room for Holiday rates.

All rooms have air conditioning, telephones, private bathrooms, luxurious plush linens, comforters, locally produced toiletries, fresh flowers, Lindt chocolate truffles and Bottled Water. Free WIFI is available in all common areas of the Main Inn and in Main Inn and Carriage House guest rooms, as well as in the Coleman House common area.

There are three common areas with wood burning fireplaces, including a cozy pub, and a terraced deck and gazebo with garden views.

Two-night reservations are required for most weekends; Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday. Exceptions are made for this in Spring (March through May), and at other times at the discretion of the Innkeepers.

Holiday Periods:

During these periods there is a two day minimum on weekends (Fri – Sat or Sat – Sun) and all room rates are $50 more than the usual rack rate per night.

Christmas/New Year’s Holidays- December 24, 2015 – January 2, 2016

President’s Weekeekend – Feb 12 -15, 2016

Fall Foliage – September 16 – October 16, 2016

 

Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in is anytime after 2:00pm, check-out is 11:00am. We are flexible with these times when possible.

Payment:
We accept most major credit cards

No Smoking Policy:
We have a strict no-smoking policy for indoor areas. This is a Vermont state wide law.

Children- The Inn is appropriate for children 8 and over. Exceptions can be made at various times of year. Ask the Innkeeper!

Pets Policy:
Dogs are welcome. There is a $20/night charge for the dog

Cancellation Policy:
Room deposits are fully refundable up to fourteen days before arrival. For cancellations with less notice (including late arrivals and early departures), deposits will be refunded if the room can be re-booked, less a $35 processing fee. But you will be responsible for the entire stay if the room is not rebooked
